I run the technology side of a production company: infrastructure, website, and PoPaCi Studio, the internal platform I built for the team. In practice I'm the one anything technical ends up with.

The first Swiss festival for films made with AI. I built and ran all of its tech: the site, ticketing and accreditations, QR scanners at the door, the audience vote, live translated captions for the talks and the tools the juries worked in.

Direct sound on set for a short directed by Asma Laajimi under the supervision of Alice Diop. A week of standing very still with a boom pole, and I picked up more than I did in a whole semester.

Two editions shooting and cutting interviews for the festival's social channels. Fast turnarounds, vertical exports and no second takes.

Interviews and live concert coverage, cut for Instagram and YouTube. Ten days filming music I would have paid to watch anyway.

Two years driving food around Lugano at night. It paid for most of the gear behind the rest of this site.

My first time on a professional TV set, doing the unglamorous half of production: crew logistics, transport, meals. A shoot runs on schedules and sandwiches.
